About Your Mayor

KEVIN CORCORAN

Kevin Corcoran received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Scranton. Kevin furthered his education and received his Juris Doctorate from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law. 

Prior to becoming Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville, Kevin Corcoran was:

Vice President and General Counsel for Bob Schmitt Homes beginning in 2000.

Elected to North Ridgeville City Council starting his term in 2008 and in 2010 was elected by his peers as President of City Council and served as President of City Council until becoming Mayor . He was re-elected to City Council and to the role of Council President several times.

Kevin Corcoran has served several volunteer organizations and Board memberships including,

• North Ridgeville Chamber of Commerce - Past President and Member

• North Ridgeville City Schools Endowment Fund - Current President

• North Ridgeville Library Levy - Co-Chair 

• Elyria Memorial Hospital/ University Hospital EMC - Past Board Member

• Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) - Board Member

• North Ridgeville Rotary

 Kevin is married to his wife, Lauren and they have three children.
